Return Policy
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order or have had a change of heart, we gladly accept returns on your purchase.
We want to ensure your shopping experience with Orée is as seamless as possible so please take note of our return policy below:
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Please submit return requests to contact@oreejewellery.com within 7 days of the package's arrival. Once your return request is confirmed via email, kindly ship the items back to us within the following 7 days
- Items must be returned in all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.
Domestic Returns (Australia)
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
- Original shipping fee (standard $8) is non-refundable
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
- Original shipping fee (as per the international shipping cost) is non-refundable
- We are not responsible for custom duty if applies upon delivery
We do NOT offer refund for the following condition:
- Products returned in unsatisfactory conditions or lost during the mailing process will not be eligible for refund. (Customers are responsible for the return shipping, so please ensure you obtain a tracking number.)
- We didn't receive return request within 7 days from the date of receiving (according to the tracking)
Upon the arrival of the returned items, we will conduct an inspection and the refund process will be initiated within 2-4 working days. Refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Exchange
To exchange your items, please follow the above return instructions and then place a new order for the items you would like to purchase.
Faulty Items
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any faults with your new Orée jewellery.
We carefully inspect each piece to ensure it is in perfect condition before shipping. Should your jewellery suffer a damage due to delivery handling or faulty, please inform us within 3 days upon receiving the order.
We are committed to ensuring that your piece is replaced at no cost to yourself. Please contact us so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
